Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Information Retrieval and Data Governance Practice Lead to join our team. This pivotal role will work across the entire company to drive the development and delivery of customer solutions, support sales efforts to new accounts, and contribute to our business operations. The Senior Program Director will play a critical role in identifying partnerships, contracting vehicles, and other frameworks that will help us grow our sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management - Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative customer solutions.

Customer Engagement - Work directly with customers on-site to deliver solutions, gaining new insights into customer needs and uncovering new opportunities. Bring this information back to our team to influence product development and partnering opportunities.

Sales Support - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on federal civilian and DOD/IC clients.

Business Operations - Assist in identifying strategic partnerships, contracting vehicles, and frameworks to enhance business growth and sales.

Client Engagement - Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Market Analysis - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in information retrieval, data governance, and zero trust.

Reporting - Prepare and present project updates, sales forecasts, and business development reports to senior management.
Qualifications:

Education - Master’s degree in Engineering Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania

Experience - Proven experience in program management, preferably within the federal civilian and DOD/IC sector delivering location intelligence solutions. Previous responsibilities for the delivery and customer success of Federal enterprise IT solutions is critical.
